I gave an impassioned rant about the latest motions filed by Karen Agnifilo on behalf of Luigi Mangione which demonstrate that the arrest in Altoona, Pennsylvania was clearly illegal. I get excited to show that even an officer of Altoona confirms what I’ve been saying all along, that it’s not a crime to present false identification to a law officer until you have been informed your under investigation! HUGE moment for me personally and a huge lesson in reading the law carefully! You don’t want to miss this (see video below.

Saturday is typically a day off at the Devil’s Advocates so no new content is expected today. Having said that, when I get my voice back I plan to do an additional hour of bonus material intended for last night’s live.
