I made a video giving my analyses of the prosecutions response to Thomas Dickey in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Dickey asserts the arrest was illegal, the prosecution asserts the arrest was totally legal. What do I think? The prosecution is wrong. It’s illegal and I explain why once again from case law (as I understand it. See the video below.
